我自己做了一块FPGA的板，最近调NIOSII出了问题。
CYLONE II EP2C8Q208 NIOSII 软核往EPCS4配置芯片下载不了程序（JTAG下载），但是可以把VHDL程序下载到EOCS中。
以下是进行flash programmer时的显示：
