为什么我的程序JTAG下正常，写到flash后就不正常了呢？

写了个VGA程序，JTAG模式下正常工作，可是放到flash里，显示器就成灰屏了，怎么回事呢？为了验证是否写进去，我另外下载了个LED灯程序，正常，可是我的VGA怎么回事呢？

还有情况：我下载Nios到EPC里面去的时候，按照“nios那些事”的方法，好像只下载进去了quartus那部分，nios里的C代码没进去，怎么回事呢？
