用刀路仿真软件看了一下,感觉Z轴移动的位移较小,应该在做刀路时加大Z轴的移动距离,有足够的保护距离。
模拟过程没有走大范围圆周,应该是KCAM4的问题吧。

lz下次不要发刀路内容,这样刷屏太狠了。只需要把刀路文件做附件上传即可

KCAM低版本的,画圆算法有问题

这个软件默认的是扩孔模式钻孔。。把扩孔模式这个钩钩去掉就可以了。这个模式是用钻头来扩。走的就是圆周。钻头当然断了。因为你用的是钻头。人家这个模式是给铣刀用的

扩孔钻孔模式 这个是我自己想的 具体叫法不太记得了。你看看软件里貌似在打孔刀具de 选择附近有的。就在Active tools大项里有个可勾选的东东
