自制CC2640R2F核心板程序无法烧录
参考TI官方设计自己做了一个CC2640R2F的核心板，使用的7x7的芯片，原理图如下：上电后VDD_EB和VDDS电压在3.28V，VDDR电压2.17V左右。用XDS110仿真器进行烧录，显示Error connecting to the target:(Error -2131 @ 0x0)Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
请问有人遇到过这样的问题吗？怎么解决的呢？
