我用cygwin编译了haproxy，运行提示TCP_MAXSEG，有没有大神知道原因？

如题，运行时提示信息如下：

298/192743 (1903) : Failed to get the default value of TCP_MAXSEG
298/192743 (1903) : Failed ot get the default value of TCP_MAXSEG for IPv6
