Altera FPGA IO口驱动电流的理解

    请高手指点：Altera FPGA Cyclone II Devices Handbook 第314页，即图片内容

    疑问：
   
   （1）per power pair ：是指芯片每个VCCI 还是芯片总电源？
   （2）There is a current limit of 240 mA per 12 consecutive output side (left and right) pins per power pair；left and right是指PQFP封装芯片的意思吗？
         There is a current limit of 240 mA per eight consecutive output top and bottom pins per power pair；top and bottom是指BGA封装芯片的意思吗？
         其次连续最大输出电流240mA是FPGA芯片所有IO口最大同时能输出这么大电流还是针对一个VCCI来的电流？
