安装软件出问题

在电脑上安装不上Visualstudio2010 出现Microsoft .NET Framework 4: Error code 1603 for this component means "安装时发生严重错误
Microsoft .NET Framework 4: Setup Failed on component Microsoft .NET Framework 4
DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is not installed.


怎么办？
