使用的Xilinx Platform Cable USB 下载.msc文件到XCF01S，板子上的FPGA：XC3S50A，有的板子可以正常下载，有的板子则提示如图内容的错误，我的板子上的PROM是XCF01S，iMPACT却配置错误，网上查了下，解释如下：Description

When programming an XCF01S/02S/04S PROM device, 5.2i iMPACT fails all configuration operations.
The following problems can prevent correct operation:
1. Syntax error in the "xcf04s.bsd" file.
2. iMPACT treats the XCF01S/02S/04S devices as XC18V00 devices.
Solution
This problem is fixed in the latest 5.2i Service Pack, available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 5.2i Service Pack 3.
A patch is available on the Xilinx FTP site to correct this problem. This patch should only be used with 5.2i Service Pack 2. Please view the archived README file for installation instructions at:

描述中Xilinx网站已经给出了补丁包，但是我的ISE版本是13.1的，不能使用。
