The method for operation the tool of stc ISP in Win7 system

STEP 2: Copy the list file to the folder in the fellow path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
file list: MSSTDFMT.dll , COMDLG32.OCX, MSCOMCTL.OCX, MSCOMM32.OCX
STEP3: Run the cmd.exe in C:\Windows\System32
STEP4: register the flile that step 2 listed.
Command as follow:
cd C:\Windows\SysWOW64
regsvr32 MSSTDFMT.dll
regsvr32 COMDLG32.OCX
regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX
regsvr32 MSCOMM32.OCX
STEP5: Open the tool of STC ISP, and download .hex to you MCU.
