串口线连接机顶盒

准备工作:
购买TTL电平的USB串口模块,也称USB刷机模块,淘宝上有卖。可在淘宝上搜索“USB PL2303刷机”,购买带3.3V和5V选择跳线的模块,要送4根杜邦线的,价格不超过10元。驱动程序到这里下载:PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1417.zip,安装好驱动,插上USB模块,在设备管理器中的“端口(COM和LPT)”中将看到“Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM4)”,其中的COM4在不同的机器上会有差别,务必记下这个端口号,下次插到其他USB口时,这个端口号也会更换。
第一步:
把机顶盒背后的四个螺丝卸掉,塑料盖四周有卡口,掰开的时候要用巧劲,防止把卡口掰断。打开盖子后让电路板上有发光二极管的一端对着自己,在带散热片的CPU的左上角附近能看到丝印标记X13的8针双列直插插座(有些批号的电路板不带插座,需要自己焊接上去)。插座引脚说明如下:
    X13
2468       2脚为GND    5脚为RXD
1357       1脚为VCC    6脚为TXD    其他引脚没有用
用杜邦线把USB刷机模块连接到机顶盒的X13,USB模块的RXD接X13插座的6脚,TXD接4脚,GND接2脚,VCC不需要接。
第二步:
用串口软件连接串口,串口通信参数是:波特率115200,8位数据位,无校验,1停止位。
串口软件可以用Windows内置的超级终端,但效果不好,建议使用minicom或putty。
第三步:
开启机顶盒Telnet服务,在命令行输入下面命令:
echo "telnetd -l /bin/sh" >> /etc/rc.d/rcS
以后就可以用telnet连接机顶盒,串口线就用不到了。
说一下很多人关心的事:如何修改机顶盒的参数,例如MAC地址?
登录机顶盒后,用vi命令打开/etc/stb.cfg,具体命令如下:
vi /etc/stb.cfg
vi编辑器的使用方法就不说了,自己去网上搜吧。stb.cfg文件修改后还需用cfginit命令写入Flash,具体命令如下:
/cramfs/cfginit
然后重新启动机顶盒,用遥控器进入系统设置界面,在系统信息中查看修改后的参数,如在系统信息中查看序列号,网络信息中查看MAC地址。
