汽车点烟器在汽车启动时输出电压范围

前几天我有一个野营灯在用汽车车充充电时烧掉了，工作灯输入是12V的点烟器输出也是12V正常来将是不会烧掉的   我怀疑是在汽车发动的时候输出电压不稳烧掉了

汽车的电源本来就是不稳定的，特别是发动瞬间电压很高

家用的小车 发动机着着的时候 输出大约14.5V

定数应该是有的，发电机调节器决定了最高值，启动时根据起动机及电瓶性能，低电压差别较大。

起动时有非常大的电流波动,有能量很大的浪涌.
