看介绍好象是并口连电脑?

电脑没有并口,可以用打印机并口转USB的线吗?

并口确实比较麻烦，现在的笔记本电脑基本都没有了

没有，老大好像对这个不太感兴趣。
另外，MACH3好像也不支持USB

Try some Asus motherboards which still has parallel port, or you will need Win7 32 and a PCI-e or PCI cards.
