就是时序约束的问题。通常把设计好好优化优化，将异步的比较置位等操作用寄存器转成同步的，大部分都能解决。

Critical Warning: Synopsys Design Constraints File file not found: 'cnt10b.sdc'. A Synopsys Design Constraints File is required by the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer to get proper timing constraints. Without it, the Compiler will not properly optimize the design.
