第六页（第二段）说防止闩锁时说
The designer should ensure that the inputs cannot rise faster than the power supply at the VCCINT and VCCIO pins.
然而下面的一段却说
Increasing the length of the VCC and ground connections can reduce the chances of contention during hot-socketing. If metal “fingers” are used for the board connection, the VCC and ground fingers at the card edge should be longer than the logic connections。
如果增加VCC的连接长度，VCC的上升时间不就比输入信号上升的时间慢吗？总感觉有些矛盾

LZ是E文不好吧。那明明是写的“增加金手指长度”，而LZ却歪解成“增加电源线长度”。

电源和地的金手指长，说明插的时候，先接触到，也就是先上电

E文都那么差啊，哈哈
两个简单要求：
1. VCCINT and VCCIO 要先上电。所以金手指上，这两个电源的金手指要比较长。
2. 所有的 IO 操作必须等上述两个电源上电完毕后才能进行。
