depending on what you want.

msp430 has probably the best low-power performance;
pic24 is the cheapest, and has the best pin-assignment scheme. unfortunately, it is a current hog;
cm3 is essentially a 16-bit chip, but is far more complex than any of the two.

so if you want the lowest current consumption, pick msp430.
if you want the best speed / mips, pick cm3;
if you want to lowest price, pick pic24.

I would pick energy micro's offerings as a compromise between speed and current consumption. but most importantly, for upward mobility.

没必要了，直接学个DSP吧，单片机都差不多，会一两种就可以了。
