j-link烧bootloader出错

用 J-Flash ARM V4.14c，用j-link自带的“s3c2440.jflash”，在点连接时，出错了，出错提示如下：

- J-Link found 1 JTAG device. Core ID: 0x0032409D (ARM9)
- ERROR: Product Id error. Expected 0x225B, found: 0xFFFF
- ERROR: Failed to connect


不知道那里设置不对，看 J-Flash 的project settings -> production 设置那里好像没有 product id 这个设置项，找了另外几个地方也没看到这个设置项，请教下是怎么回事呢？

对了，板子是一块先控的2440开发板，可能是从YC2440转过来的

有的，在flash选项卡里有啊，要把那个Automatically detect flash memory去掉勾，就能显示出选项了

不过看提示，它找到的是0xFFFF，这个设备在里面找不到啊？

nandflash 是 K9F1208UOC，在J-Flash ARM V4.14c的项目设置那里那里没有找到这块芯片，请教应该怎么处理呢？
