xilinx platform usb cable 自制 CPLD 软件 UPDATE 不了

我自制的xilinx platform usb cable，按照本论坛的方法，CPLD软件竟然UPDATE不了，出现信息如下：

不知道，我搞的是ALTERA的FPGA，呵呵

在ISE其他版本下正常吗？我也做了个，直接上ISE 12.3不行。要先在10.1下写CPLD，然后再连12.3就会提示Update，可以Update成功。
