我量过了的，实验板VCC有5V的电压，使用JTAG怎么还是出现实验板无电压的提示啊？该怎么解
阿莫：我量过了的，实验板VCC有5V的电压，但TCK,TMS,TMO,TDI好像是低电平，使用JTAG就出现上面的提示，该怎么解决啊?

我把MOSI,MISO,SCK,RESET,RXD,TXD,TCK,TMS,TMO,TDI,VCC,GND,AVCC,AREF的短路片连接起来,用AVR STUDIO 4.10 JTAG ICE, 但连接时，出现是否更新固件，选否，之后出现“The JTAG ICE is present, but there is no target power (or the target power is to low to ensure communication with the device ). The detected voltage is ~0.0V . Required minimum voltage is 1.7V. Apply sufficient power to the target application device and click Retry. To abort, click cancel."

以前没有其它实验板上用过JTAG
使用AVR STUDIO仿真时，出现

我用万用表量过，短路片连接正确，我用的是AVR STUDIO 4.10, 但用JTAG连接时，出现是否更新固件，选否，之后出现“The JTAG ICE is present, but there is no target power (or the target power is to low to ensure communication with the device ). 我量过了的，实验板VCC有5V的电压，但TCK,TMS,TMO,TDI好像是低电平，使用JTAG就出现上面的提示，是不是45元的JTAG有问题啊？ 我把JTAG m16的文件重新下载就没提示了 先不要将JTAG插入JTAG的插座中，将TCK,TMS,TDO,TDI的短路片去掉。用表量在TCK,TMS,TDO,TDI上（右边一排）应该为5V（因为有上拉）。
如果M16使用过了，请使用ISP方式查看熔丝，是否设置成允许JTAG了。
如果上面两个都对，可能是你的45元的JTAG有问题了。 现在正常了,谢谢 犯了哪些错误，能不能说说，如果是实验板设计问题的话，我好改呀。 是JTAG的问题，我把里面M16的FLASH、EEPROM重写一遍就好了，是不是JTAG的版本太低了啊?
