【求助】 AD21161硬件连接不上，invalid target id
在烧写flash的单步中断调试过程中，不小心板子掉电了，上电重启，显示：An error occured while trying to connect to the target. Please verify that the target components have been properly installed and, if trying to connect to physical hardware, that the appropriate target connections have been made.
