IAR程序下载出错

我写了个流水灯的程序，用的是IAR，MAKE时正确

但下载时报错

Bad JTAG communication: Write to IR: Expected 0x1, got 0x0 (TAP Command : 11) @ Off 0x5.

Can not read register 20 (CFBP) while CPU is running Session aborted!



各位大侠看看怎么回事啊

IAR怎么设置的啊，用的什么jtag？这些说清楚了啊。
