搞到几十个手机摄像头,搞了几天搞不定,谁能搞定,并开源,送10个(包快递)

从图片看出,CMOS SENSOR感光面积较大,镜头似乎也是玻璃做的,质量还不错,本人拆了两个,没看出芯片的型号来,研究了2天,只大概确定电源,地线,其他搞不清楚,有兴趣的和我联系,10元3个,如果谁能搞定并开源,免费送10个并包快递.

FPC共引出24pin,间隔0.5mm,手工还可以焊接(用多股细铜丝的一股连接),2脚和15脚是GND,4脚和11脚VDD,耗电约16ma,10脚似乎是PWDN,其他搞不清楚,又没有示波器,就一个万用表,实在搞不定,有兴趣的来一起玩.

芯片型号估计是主流产品.生产时间是2007年,芯片应该是同时期的产品,能做CMOS SENSOR的就几家.继续悬赏.

小人之心了吧.有不到100个,破坏了几个.如果有成千上万,我就买一台万能测试仪了,有厂家做这个的.

此摄像头店主还未确定确切型号,但已经可以通过I2C通讯成功,并读到寄存器的值,该摄像头像素是200万,I2C通讯方式和photobit的PB-0100,Micron(收购了photobit)的MT9V011相似,寄存器值是16bit,地址是8bit.

写寄存器地址是0x92,读是0x93.

店主拆开了一个摄像头模块,晶体面积较大,约1/3英寸.
