请教关于四轴航拍许可的问题。
请问在国内以个人的名义四轴航拍需不需要什么许可证或者保险？ 还是怎么飞都行？请高人指点。

The first concern is the possiblity that you take your X4 to China. I am not sure if it is able to pass the custom smoothly.
There is no official policy for the RC model in public place. For safty propose, we always fly RC model in some big glasslands or countrysides and never fly in city (with crowded people) or view spot you may like to shoot. So far no warning I received because of flying RC model. But you, as a foreigner, may catch more eyeballs if you fly RC model. I am not sure what security or police will do if they found you taking picture with RC models. Better to have a local friend flying with you.
Ricky 如果你能保持低调，鬼都懒的离你，随便拍。 这个应该属于空管部门的管理范畴吧，上次看一个视频，一个人试飞自制的飞机，都是打电话去和空管说了一下，在什么地区，飞行高度多高，还有飞行时间，跟他们汇报一下就行，看似很简单的，没见有什么很复杂的手续。 谢谢楼上几位的回复。
如果我能够顺利地航拍， 我会把 video 拿来跟大家分享。
