有没有谁用过类似LM385-1.2这种低内阻的稳压二极管,但封装要小,最好贴片的.

这是LM385的资料,但封装太大(TO-92和8个脚封装的),但一个替代品,最好是贴片小封装的,因为受PCB大小的空间限制,各位大侠有没有用过类似的,请告知道,先谢谢啦!
