为什么ISE经常出现Cannot fit the design into this device.？？

最近在搞一个程序， 宏单元够用了， 却总不能很好的装入器件，老是提示

ERROR:Cpld:887 - Cannot fit the design into this device.
ERROR:Cpld:868 - Cannot fit the design into any of the specified devices with

这是为什么啊？
我用的是ISE8.2

一般是芯片选的不对,也就是你的工程所用的芯片和你的板子上的芯片
